Not really sure what went on across the street but with 2 ambulances & the local fire department it wasn’t a sprained ankle.
RCMP (Police) showed up recently to “Roust a homeless guy from his shelter hidden in the trees across the street (Not in View).
This is a common sight of the “Ferry Lineup” to go to Salt Spring Island, it goes for 5 blocks straight down the hill to the ferry ticket booth and loading ramp. It is sometimes even longer!
