Clarified Butter

Made from “Unsalted Butter”.

Simply melt butter on low heat, let it settle and filter! That easy!

I make it, 1 pound at a time and use as required for frying etc.

After it settles into 3 layers, skim off the foam and carefully pour the Butter Fat through a coffee filter! Milk solids will remain in the bottom layer which is usually discarded!

Especially good as a dip for shrimp!

It’ll keep for weeks in the fridge or months in the freezer!
