Gulls might end up being “Survival Food” some day.

They’re Oily & Fishy so skinning is essential!

After skinning & cleaning, soak for a minimum of 8 hours in heavily salted water.

Once the prep work is done, slow roast covered until tender.

A bit of seasoning can go a long way with these guys. Otherwise cook as you would a pigeon!
