Skillet Cornbread with Fried Mashed Potatoes!
Mix up your batch of cornbread, get it in s hot skillet & get it into the oven!
Now get those mashed potatoes out and start fryin’ ’em up!
Serve it up with whatever you like or eat as is. Sausages, bacon and eggs can really make this a “Hearty” meal.
Today I threw in a small amount of loosely fried ground beef to give the mashed potatoes that “Day Old” Shepherd’s Pie touch!
