Why not give it try? I have the shredder!
I got this fancy shredder years ago, it only gets used 2 or 3 times a year but it does work.
2 batches at a time while all the other stuff cooks.
Diner style hash-browns with fried onions, sausages & over easy eggs.
Time to clean up!
