Easy recipe mod! Just add blueberries!
Throw in a big handful of blueberries right after you mix up your favourite batter.
Start making pancakes! When you’re done, throw on an egg and cover, remove from heat.
I keep the extra pancakes warm on a griddle with a lid to keep them from drying out.
Serve up however you like them.
