You just push on the handle and the blade spins and the tray moves forward. Thickness of slice is also just a turn of the knob!
These were designed for use in small Deli’s or bars, in fact it doesn’t show in the pics but there is a special fitting on one of the feet to keep it from slipping off the bar when using it.
Say what? It has a built in sharpener, no way!
The 2 metal bars you see below originally held a glass “Catch Plate” which of course I don’t have.
