I’ve been told that the municipality is trying to force the current owners to do something with it.
It’s a big chunk of land, could be really nice with the right amount of planning. Right now it’s just a horrible reminder of days gone by.
Gas, marina, restaurants, residences, boating, fishing etc.
This could be really special some day.
The property includes the house beside the motel from what I hear, as well as the rights to a dock for lots of boats.
