Folks, I love cast iron but have you seen the cost of a new one these days? $100.00!
I really only “Need” a griddle 5 or 6 times a year and if I didn’t have one I’d still be able to use a large skillet, Lord knows I have enough skillets.
This Aluminum griddle came up at a great price at a thrift store, $10.00 so I grabbed it and here is my first test run. Pancakes!
As you can see it worked out great, easy to clean & store too. Lightweight so it’s great for car camping when I go. Check the thrift stores in your area and add a griddle today. It might be good for “Smash Burgers”, 3 at a time, that’ll be my next test.
