Another cheap dinner. Chicken w/rice & corn!
The chicken came from Costco. I buy 4 chickens from Costco every 3 months when I make the drive to Nanaimo, BC, about 45 minutes North of where I live.
I cook the rice with a little bit of “Chicken Soup Base” to give it a bit of chicken flavour. Chicken parts just need to be heated up in the oven, add canned corn of whatever vegetable you like.
This is a really big filling meal for me, I don’t normally have 2 chicken legs but once in a while I need the boost!
