O.K., This is not what it seems. This boat was abandoned at the dock about 3 years ago and a friend of mine ended up with it. He has since decided to transfer it to me. Thanks, Scotty!

The real value here isn’t the boat, it’s the 30 Ft. of dockside space that came with it!
If this can be converted into an overnight “Camper” that can be towed to different locations then it will have served it’s purpose. It’s unlikely that it will leave the dock this year but we’ll have to see after it has been cleaned up a little and a full inventory of it has also been done.
