Yes!
You’ll be surprised at how easily they just fall out, nothing at all like the force needed to seat them in the first place.
I ended up in a spot where I had to deprime/decap some cases. Most people would say, “Why don’t you just reload them with the correct powder charge and bullets etc”. I agree, most of the time that is what would be done, but this was a batch of primed brass, done by someone unknown to me so I really don’t know if they were any good or not, bullets and powder are just to expensive to waste on unknown primers?
Just keep your hands clear, where your safety glasses and be astounded by how easy they fall out.
