You need a good “Chef’s Knife” if you really want to enjoy cooking fully.
I use this one almost daily, it’s my life in the kitchen! haha This one is a “Henckels”, Brazilian made one, synthetic handles are better but for now this works well.
You deserve it! You’re the cook! You deserve to have a good Chef’s Knife!
I keep mine hidden in the cupboard so no one else gets their hands on it. LOL
