Blackened

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika

Cajun I

Good on chicken & great on shrimp. Really good on oven roasted vegetables and fried pasta.

  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Paprika

Cajun II

  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp Paprika

Chicken

This one is great, even if used really heavily on chicken or oven roasted vegetables!

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Crab

Who the fuck thought up this crazy Crab Seasoning? Who? Really, Who? What kind of idiot would make a seasoning mix using 3/8 tsp of anything?

  • 3/8 tsp Ginger
  • 3/8 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 3/8 tsp Cardamom
  • 3/8 tsp Allspice
  • 3/8 tsp Cloves
  • 3/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 3/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 3/4 Cup Celery Salt

All you need for Crab Seasoning, is water & salt, if you forget the salt, it’ll probably still turn out OK, Good on Wild West Coast Dungeness or Red Rock Crabs! haha.


Creole I

  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

Creole II

  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

Fish

  • 1/4 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Dill
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt

Pork

I’ve been using this as a “Catch-All”, “Goes With Everything” Seasoning!

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Steak

Not to sure if I like this!

  • 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 3 Tbsp Paprika

Pork Sausage Patties!

Seasoned Pork Sausage Patties
Each Type Requires 1.0 lb. Lean Ground Pork
(Makes approx. 20 small patties)
Pull the pork apart loosely
Add spice mix of choice & stir gently
Roll into meatball sizes, smash flat & freeze.
Enjoy later!


Maple Flavoured

  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 5 tsp Maple Syrup

Orange Fennel Flavoured

  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Orange Zest
  • 2 tsp Crushed Fennel

Garlic Flavoured

  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
