I must have driven by this place in Nanaimo twenty times on days when I was going to Cabelas with a few bucks.
Didn’t even know they existed, until one day while shopping to stock up on some powder & primers for the handloading projects I was at Cabelas with a list of acceptable powders I was looking for. They had none of what I wanted but a staff member mentioned Gone Fishin’ and told me how to get there.! Kudos to him.
Gone Fishin’ had everything I needed, even though stock was limited. On another trip they brought something from one of the other stores for me and emailed me when it was available for pick up. The prices were fair, the selection was limited but with a good variety.
They also had, Consignment Firearms as well, which is great because we all know sometimes really cool stuff shows up. Makes a place worth stopping at “Just in Case“.
I would highly recommend this place, Fair Prices, Good Staff, Multiple Locations!
