I ordered items from this company on two (2) different occasions & both orders arrived as expected. The prices were fair.
Shipping costs were the problem, very high! If the quality of the product was higher then it might be worth it but, the product quality was not “High”, it was adequate but not “High”?
This company does have some items that are not available elsewhere & at the time of my initial orders, they would ship to Canada!
My third attempt at ordering from them was the undoing of it all.
I tried to increase the number of items I wanted to order so I could average the shipping cost over more items but this unfortunately did not work, the shipping just got unbearable. I attempted to contact them on three occasions to see if I could negotiate a better shipping option but they have not replied! (Even a rejection would have been better)
Products that they manufacture are available from competing businesses if you are in the U.S. at slightly higher prices with higher quality and much better shipping options.
