People will try and tell you that these like to flip up if you miss so you can find your arrow easier. That’s all bullshit! I’ve seen these things dig into a tightly growing lawn and pull the whole arrow under out of sight.
They are really good stumping points though. And as far as “Small Game” tips these are very popular because they work.
