Some casting Molds are hard to find, get the most variety you can out of your molds!
By far, adding the ability to cast Zinc effectively doubles the variety of bullets you can cast.
I “Hand Cut” some bullets down to get some lighter ones out of the deal too. The mold cast 100 gr. Lead normally, but I can get 63 gr. Zinc, 75 gr. Lead (Hand Cut) & 60 gr. Lead (Hand Cut). All out of the same mold!
6mm Casting molds only offer about 5% of what you can get in .30 Cal. molds. Consider that before jumping in to the world of casting. Some molds are much harder to get. Some are not.
