Get yourself a good headlamp, why not have both hands free when you’re out in the dark. A good headlamp will be very comfortable to wear.
I like the horizontal mounting of this one which can easily be removed from the head strap and used like a regular flashlight.
Be careful in the dark, no injuries needed, no matter how small.
