Apple Crisp, high in sugar, easy to make, instant energy!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, peel core & slice 10 – 12 apples, don’t worry about them turning brown, that’ll happen when they cook anyway!





Mix up the 2 toppings!
Apple Topping
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBSP Flour
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
Pour this mix over the apples after you have placed them in a large oven safe skillet & shake to settle the mix.
Crisp Topping
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Baking Powder
Pour this mix over top of the whole pan and slide it in the oven! About 45 minutes to cook. Enjoy!

I filled up on apple crisp for dinner then froze some for later!




Damn! I forgot to mix in some berries like I planned! Oh well, next time I guess!
