Done in a large cast iron skillet of course. Rehydrate your vegetables, heat up your chicken and scramble and egg.



Get out the supplies you’ll want to use. Soy Sauce, MSG, Veggies, Parsley, & Sesame Seeds.



Fry up the rice, darken with Soy Sauce, When done, add you meat, egg, veggies etc. Toss & serve.

I top it off with parsley for garnish as well as sesame seeds. Dig in.
