Intended Use
What’s not to like about a Sub2K? It folds in half, it’s lightweight, it’s 9mm & it uses Glock magazines. This makes it a great, “Survival Rifle”.
Effective Range
Maximum effective range could be as far out as 150 Yds. But realistic operational range on this rifle is between, 15 – 75 Yds. I use it on the range most often at 25 or 50 Yds.

Semi-Auto, Magazine Fed, Folding, 9mm, Survival Rifle.

Trigger

This rifle has a simple, 2 stage, Non-Adjustable trigger.
Stock

Factory supplied with plastic stock, available in multiple colors.

Buttplate
The buttstock is an integral part of the design, it cannot be replaced with anything else.

There are a variety of aftermarket buttpads available for this rifle.
Sights

These rifles are factory equipped with iron sights. The rear sight folds out of the way when the rifle is folded.

Optics
These rifles can be easily fitted with optics but unless you get a specialized mount the rifle can no longer be folded completely.
Accessories

Utility Pouch
It’s very difficult to mount a buttstock pouch on these rifles. If I figure out a way then I’ll be sure to put that here.
Sling
These rifles a very light but still need a sling of some type. I think it would be best to keep it simple. These rifles need a single point sling of some type.
Bipod
This rifle is not designed to be used with a bipod.
Flash Hider
Yep! As soon as I can locate a couple I’ll outfit both of the Sub 2K’s with them.
Light

I have a Safariland, RLS, Light which fits on these rifles really well. The Glock light that is usually on one of my shotguns also fits well.
Ammunition Handling

All you need is a bunch of pistol mags on a gunbelt, maybe add a “Dump Pouch”
What would I Change?
Not much! These rifles are very simple, reliable designs, that serve the intended purposes very well.
Ammunition
I have shot these rifles with a variety of factory 9mm, 115 gr., 124 gr. & 147 gr. ammo. They work great with all three.
Shooting Results
Factory Ammunition
I have tested this Rifle with 115 gr., 124 gr. & 147 gr. Ammo and it all worked flawlessly.
What’s Next?
More shooting, more fun. Maybe I’ll try to handload some ammo for these but they are low priority right now.
